-Patricia Richardson (Home Improvement) has booked a guest-starring role on Last Man Standing. She will play Helen Potts, a recently divorced neighbor of Mike’s (Allen) who has gotten into a bit of conflict with Mike’s frenemy, Chuck (Jonathan Adams). Last Man Standing returns with a one-hour season premiere on Friday, October 3 at 8pm on ABC. http://insidetv.ew.com/2014/09/26/last-man-standing-patricia-richardson-home-improvement/

-Christian Camargo (Haven, Dexter) is set to guest star on Elementary as a past (and possibly future) love of Joan Watson (Lucy Liu). His character, Chris, is Joan’s former medical colleague as well as her ex-boyfriend and he reaches out to her for help with a problem–but during the course of their association, old feelings get stirred up. -Demetri Martin (stand up comic, Important Things with Demetri Martin) has joined the fourth season of House of Lies as Marty’ (Don Cheadle) new partner, Ellis Hightower, a maverick inventor and CEO. -ABC Family has renewed Young & Hungry for a second season. They have also picked up its first-ever procedural drama Stitchers. -Naomi Campbell has joined Fox’s new show Empire as Camilla, an alluring woman involved in a steamy affair with the much-young Hakeem (newcomer Bryshere Gray), the potential heir to Lucious’ throne. The drama is set in the world of a hip-hop empire and stars Taraji P. Henson as Cookie Lyon, the ex-wife of Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard), the head of a record label at the center of the series. -TBS has given a green light to The Smiths, an unscripted series centering on former NBA star and current Turner Sports regular Kenny Smith and his wife Price is Right model Gwendolyn Osborne-Smith. Six episodes of the series have been ordered and should have a spring 2015 premiere. Raising Hope & ABC Family premieres

-FOX announced that the April 9, one hour long episode at 9pm, will be the series finale episode of Raising Hope. It will be split into 2 different episodes.
