-FXX has renewed It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia for two more seasons (Season 11 and 12) even though season 10 has yet to air. With the renewal, they also said there would be a straight-to-series order for Tracy Morgan’s new half-hour comedy series. -TV Guide Network has decided to air a mid-season catch-up marathon of Star-Crossed on Saturday April 5 starting at 1 pm.

Homeland has decided to begin production of their fourth season in Cape Town, south Africa. The new season will find Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) assigned to one of the most volatile and dangerous CIA stations in the Middle East where is back on the front lines in the war on terror. Production begins in mid-june and will shoot through November of this year. Suits has added DB Woodside and Brendan Hines for “major” season 4 arcs. Woodside will play Jeff Malone, a former SEC prosecutor who is a financial expert with a personal stake in Pearson Specter. Hines will play Logan Sandler, the son of a millionaire entrepreneur and isn’t used to hearing the word “no.” No word on the premiere date for season 4 since the third season is going on still. Suits airs Thursdays at 9/8c on USA.

Glee has trimmed down its current season from 22 episodes to 20 due to a production hiatus at the start of the season. Glee airs Tuesday at 8/7c on Fox. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/glee-trims-season-ratings-woes-693327

In the Flesh, Kitchen Nightmares, and Community

SEASON FINALES, March 26 2014!

  • Pysch (Series finale, 9 pm, USA)… SO SAD 😦
  • Duck Dynasty (Season 5 finale, 10 pm, A&E)
  • Broad City (Season 1 finale, 10:30 pm, Comedy Central)

-BBC America has announced that the zombie mini-series In the Flesh is returning May 10th.

-Showtime has ordered a Morgan Spurlock produced show, Seven Deadly Sins, which is a docu-series. He will also host the show.  It will premiere on June 19 at 11pm.

Enlisted and Raising Hope are getting replaced by Kitchen Nightmares starting April 11. FOX is promising that Enlisted will return, no idea when though. It has also been bumped from next week’s episode cause of the hour-long Raising Hope series finale (April 4, 2014).

-Insiders at NBC and Sony are saying that they are optimistic about a final 13-episode season of Community. And are also in talks about a movie. If NBC does not renew the show, Sony said they would shop the final season elsewhere, like Hulu. So hopefully the “six seasons and a movie” actually comes true because the show is amazing and everyone who hasn’t seen it should. Raising Hope & ABC Family premieres

-FOX announced that the April 9, one hour long episode at 9pm, will be the series finale episode of Raising Hope. It will be split into 2 different episodes.
