Ryan Sands (The Wire) has been given a guest starring role in the season 7 premiere of Castle. He will play Tagger, a Hamptons police sergeant who helps Beckett investigate the most difficult case of her career. -Wentworth Miller (Prison Break) will play Leonard Snart/Captain Cold in the upcoming show The Flash. He will appear in the first four episodes of the season. -Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) will star in the HBO adaptation of the Broadway hit (in which he also starred in) All The Way. Cranston will reprise his role as Lyndon B. -Lucy Lawless (Xena, Spartacus, Battlestar Galactica) will be on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for the upcoming season. Details on her role and how long she’ll be sticking around are being kept under wraps. -William Mapother (Lost) will be guest starring on an episode of the CBS police drama Hawaii Five-0. He will play Eric Porter, a likable, wealthy business owner who gets entangled in a painful and tense situation but offers his help to the authorities. -Sarah Lancaster (Chuck) has been recruited for a recurring role on Witches of East End later this season. She will play Raven Moreau, who arrives in East End as part of a life-long “secret mission,” though she quickly develops a physical attraction to one of the Gardiner boys that could derail her big plan. -Anthony Hopkins (Silence of the Lambs) and Evan Rachel Woods (The Wrestler, Across the Universe) will both co-star in the new HBO show Westworld based off of Michael Crichton’s 1973 film of the same name. Hopkins will play Dr. Robert Ford, the brilliant, taciturn and complicated creative director, chief programmer, and chairman of the board of Westworld. Woods will portray Dolores Abernathy, the quintessential farm girl of the frontier West, who is about to discover that her entire idyllic existence is an elaborately constructed lie. The Mindy Project has cast Rhea Perlman (Cheers) in a recurring role for season 3 as Danny Castellano’s mother, Annette Castellano. She will apparently clash with both Mindy and Danny and will be introduced during the third episode entitled ‘Annette Castellano Is My Nemesis’. -Shemar Moore (Criminal Minds) will return to his daytime TV roots this fall when he reprises his role on CBS’ The Young and the Restless as Malcolm Winters but, he will only appear in two episodes which will air on Wednesday, September 10 and Thursday, September 11. -Michelle Fairley (Game of Thrones) has booked a season-long arc on the second season of Resurrection. She will play Margaret Langston, the formidable matriarch of the Langston clan. She’s Henry and Fred’s mother who has been dead for more than three decades. -Judd Apatow’s daugter Maude Apatow has a guest-starring role in the upcoming season of Girls. She will playing a character named Cleo, who could potentially appear in several episodes. -Jessica Biel (7th Heaven) is set to guest star in the season premiere of New Girl. She will play a stunning, super-smart scientist who is vying for the affections of a cute guy at a wedding against Jess. -The CW has cancelled Backpackers and Seed effective immediately. CBS renewals, Key & Peele, Amazon series, and more!

-Comedy Central is developing an animated series based off the hit TV show Key & Peele. The fourth season of the show will consist of 22 episodes and premiere in the fall of 2014. -Amazon is set to premiere 4 series from the 10 pilots they looked at. The four series will be Bosch (drama), The After (drama), Mozart in the Jungle (comedy), Transparent (comedy).  They are still looking at 5 series that are in the kids genre. Since the series just got picked up, no word on when they will be airing or anything. -Tyler Blackburn will be returning to Pretty Little Liars in season 5 as a series regular since the spin-off series Ravenswood was cancelled after just 10 episodes. He plays Caleb Rivers on PLL.
